Return Policy

At Mama New Wear, we provide a 14-day return policy. This gives you up to 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, let us know right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If you have concerns about a specific product, feel free to get in touch.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend starting with a return of the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If it’s approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need extra time to finalize the refund.
